Card payments are handled entirely by SumUp on their secure page — your card number never touches our website. See SumUp's own privacy policy for how they handle it.
Creating an account is optional. It stores your contact details and delivery address so we can pre-fill them, and links your orders so you can see your history and reorder. You can update your details any time on your account page, or ask us to delete your account entirely.
We only send offers and news if you ticked the box asking for them — never otherwise. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also untick the box on your account page. Order receipts and updates aren't marketing and are sent regardless.
When you place an order, the details (your name, phone, order and address if delivering) are shown to our staff on our order screen so we can make your food. That's the only "sharing" we do — we never sell or pass your details to anyone for their own marketing.
If you leave a review, the name you enter, your star rating and your comment may be shown publicly on our website once approved. Ask us if you'd like one removed.
We only use essential cookies — a session cookie that keeps your basket and login working. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Order records are kept for our business and tax records (up to 6 years, as HMRC requires). Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe. Backups are rotated automatically.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the ICO if you think we've got something wrong. Just call us on 07857 889057 or ask in the café.
